Security and Data Use
CMooreOS is designed for equipment information, manuals, service records, and documentation. It should avoid collecting patient information whenever it is unnecessary.
Data principles
Built for equipment information, not patient records.
- Customers retain ownership of their facility data.
- Customer data is not sold.
- Sensitive customer information must not be publicly accessible.
- The system should avoid patient information and should never be used for emergency or patient-care decisions.
- Automated or software-generated guidance may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified by qualified personnel.
- Software guidance does not replace manufacturer documentation, required testing, or professional judgment.
- Customer-facing resources should support escalation and documentation, not unsupervised medical-equipment repair.
- Use of customer information for future automated features must be transparent and governed by the applicable agreement and customer choices.
- Any future model-training program should use permission-based, appropriately de-identified information.
- Customers should be able to request data export and deletion, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
Important safety notice: CMooreOS provides educational, operational, and documentation support only. It does not replace qualified biomedical technicians, manufacturer instructions, required electrical safety testing, facility policies, clinical judgment, legal advice, accreditation advice, or emergency procedures. Guidance must be verified before equipment is returned to service.
